Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by equipping deserving students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today's competitive job market.
We believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to improve their lives and contribute to society. That's why we offer a comprehensive 9-month flagship program that prepares students for in-demand technical roles such as web development, app development, and full-stack JavaScript, among others.

If you are looking to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged youth, there are several ways you can get involved with STEP.
Donor
Transform a student's future with just $125/month! Or sponsor a student for the entire 9-month program at a COST of $1100. Feeling generous? You can also sponsor a program for a batch of 10 students with your own contribution.

Partner
You can help us improve our program by investing in curriculum, offering job placements to our STEP graduates, helping them put their newly acquired skills into practice and achieve financial stability, or raise your voice to support our cause.
